Shipping Policy:
Most of the
receptacles have to ship via freight line. Once we receive your order
we will calculate freight & call you or email you with the total
freight & delivery time. The quantity of your total order will
determine if the shipment will go by UPS or by freight truck. In
either case your shipping amount will be determined once we receive
your order & get a freight quote. You will be notified of the
freight charges prior to us shipping the order. You can call us for a
freight quote prior to you placing the order. These items normally
ship between 1 - 12 days. Please indicate to us if you need
rush shipping & we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.
It is extremely
important that you examine the package. If there is damage
note that on the BOL that you sign. DO NOT LET THE
DRIVER LEAVE UNTIL YOU INSPECT THE PACKAGE. If you sign for
the package & do not notate damage the trucking co may or may not
pay for damages. If we are in error and ship the wrong product, we
will pay for all shipping charges. IT IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PACKAGES THAT YOU SIGN FOR
Returns
We want you to
be satisfied with your products. If you are not completely satisfied
please call us so we can make it right. We will need to issue a
return authorization number. This number will speed the return
process & make sure the right account is credited properly.
All returns
may be subject to a restocking fee. If the error is ours you are not
responsible for the shipping cost or the restocking fee to return the
item. However, if we have done our part & the error is yours we
do expect that you pay the shipping to return the product. You are
also responsible for any & all restocking fees.
Sorry but we
can not issue credit or accept a return on a special order or custom
merchandise. (Unless we made an error producing the item)
